On the fourth day anesthesia through the ear vein by 2ml/kg body weight dose of 1.5% Barbiturate sodium and 0.4% Bonexile liquid eye surface drop. The diameter of 8mm frozen probe immersed in liquid nitrogen for several seconds,the probe temperature should be -120 degrees, the vertical placed on the rabbit cornea central surface, full contact for 5 ~ 15s.
