During the period, the oxygen concentration in the oxygen tank was monitored by oxygen meter to ensure the constant oxygen concentration.
    2. 1 times a day to open the box to replace the oxygen bedding, food, and water exchange and replacement for 5 days, 5 days under high oxygen environment, and then moved to the normal ambient temperature feeding.
