  • Modeling Method1.Preparation of sensitizer
    Alum sensitizing adjuvant: After mixing 10% alum solution (dissolved in double distilled water) 2ml and 5% OVA (dissolved in PBS) 2ml, the PH was adjusted to 6.5 with NAOH, and the solution was incubated at room temperature for 60min. 750r/min, centrifuged for 5min, the supernatant was removed and redissolved in 2ml PBS. Each mouse was intraperitoneally injected with 200ul for sensitization.

    2. Drug administration and modeling
    0.2ml OVA suspension was intraperitoneally injected on days 1-11, respectively.

    3. Nasal drip stimulation
    Day 12-20, 40ul/ nostril nasal drops were given daily for 9 consecutive days.
