The attendants included many world famous experts and scholars such as Jiang who was the president of China Association For Medical Devices Industry, Xiaolong Liu who was the vice president of Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park community, Maureen Mezei who was the president of EasternTrade Council, Beth Gold stein who was a professor in the business school of Boston University.
- Xiaolong Liu summarized the development of medical apparatus industry in recent years. Liu said that medical apparatus industry has developed rapidly. As the investment goes up, medical apparatus industry increases in the speed of 30% per year. However, the import rate of medical apparatus is still high, which occupies 48% in the whole market and still can''t meet the needs of customers. Therefore, there are huge potentials and opportunities for the development of medical devices industry.
