USCN Life Science Inc. Wuhan held our annual conference in our company''s conference hall. All the employees attended this meeting.  

    All of us gave a speech about the work we did in the past year. Reviewing the performance of the past year, we have done a good job, but the problems still existed. We tried to find solutions for them and must be clear about work mission and the job objective in the next year. 

     Our chairman said three points about our work. Firstly, we should sort through our previous work. Secondly, we should find out the problems in our work immediately and try our best to solve the problems. Thirdly, we should build up a good communication channel between the different departments.

    We must see our own defects in the work as soon as possible and improve it as quickly as we can. Then we will find a enhancement of the whole company''s capacity. That will be a qualitative leap.
